Standard Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $20 to valid addresses in Australia!
All orders below $20 will be charged a flate rate of $7.95 to valid addreses in Australia.
Express Shipping
If you require express shipping please contact us on 1300 184 204 or sales@onthethrottle.com.au so we can advise any additional charges.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST are usually dispatched on the same business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your package leaves our warehouse.
We use a variety of couriers to ship our packages including Fastway and Australia post, so please check their postage and delivery calculator for estimated delivery times to your area. Please note we dispatch from Pendle Hill NSW 2145.
Orders will be processed during normal AEST business hours between Monday and Friday. All orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Shipment and delivery of orders is based on product availability, payment processing time and distribution centre processing time.
NOTE: These estimates are provided by our shipping partners to be used as a guide. Bulky, Dangerous Goods and custom built orders may take longer.
Where's My Package?
Tracking your package is easy!
Your tracking number is located in the shipping confirmation email you receive when your package leaves our warehouse, and all you have to do is enter this tracking number into the nominated couriers webpage
